As a biller, sometimes patients last names are different that what the insurance has listed and remits come in with names that are not in the system. I personally have encountered at least 8 different times in the 4 months where it would have been very beneficial to be able to locate the correct patient by searching the id number.

Hello, and thanks for your suggestion! Search by Insurance ID is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
