In our clinic, we use the message all day to send messages to one another, however messages get missed if we do not manually refresh the page. I would like to suggest an automatic refresh of WebPT every time a message is sent to someone.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding auto-refresh to Messages is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
