Too much paperwork to recopy a paper eval from an unassociated clinic into the initial eval to open a new client case when the insurance does not pay for a second eval. But the program does not allow us to open a new client case without an initial eval.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! While this is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, we are looking into ways we can remove this unnecessary burden in the future.
