SOAP 2.0 Assessment

why do you print the treatment and medical diagnosis on every daily note both on the top right and again in larger text within the assessment. Pick one. I don't see why the diagnosis has to take up so much space in two locations.

    This is a great call out. We will work to find a place where we can make the change and decrease the redundant use of the diagnosis.
