My SOAP 2.0 notes that are incomplete don't populate in SOAP 1.0 (or anywhere?) to keep track of what I need to do. Can we link both note systems to keep track in one place? I find myself now scanning my schedule for those that I use SOAP 2.0 and clicking on them, clicking on SOAP 2.0, etc. to see if they are complete. I've missed several notes in SOAP 2.0 (that the front staff has caught) because of this.
Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out and request this enhancement. Currently you are able to use the dashboard to reference the Red / Yellow / Green icons to know if your notes were completed for the day. You can also use the Analytics Missed Notes and Open Notes report to verify all notes have been completed. We also have a project that will wrap up in the near future where you will be able to see your Incomplete Documents in the At a glance section on the dashboard as well.
