I was very excited to see the option of auto applying CQ modifiers for PTA treatments; however, I am concerned with WebPT's carry over feature that it will need to be manually removed for the next note if a PTA is not treating the next visit. I really wish there was a way to turn the carry over feature off for modifiers because turning the CQ auto apply on doesn't help very much when we still have to focus on removing them the next note. This adds a very cumbersome step for both the treating therapists and billing staff. This will be a great feature if we can get it to only apply when a PTA initiates a note and not carry forward to the next note.
