Patients name cutting off at the bottom of

Patients name cutting off at the bottom of the physicians signature page.

We fax a physicians signature page to ourselves so we can follow up on the physicians signature. We are currently noticing that when we view the faxed copy of the signature page, it is cutting off the patients name at the bottom of the page. Is there a setting to fix this issue? Thank you
