Cancellations/No Shows with the description needs to be part of the patient chart in 2.0! This information is now only available if a report is run, or first cancel the appointment on the schedule, then go into the patient's chart in 2.0 to create a case note, so that the treating therapist can see why they cancelled, or easily accessible for insurances, lawyers offices, or case managers, and also in house chart audits, or in house billing. Please build it into the the 2.0 platform.
