Specify on medications list : dosage, x/day, method of administration Merged

If you get audited by CMS for your "review of medications" MIPS quality measure they expect that you have documented each medication's Dosage, Times medication is take per day and it's method of administration (PO, IM, etc.) Please put a place for each of these in the intake/medical history.

    We will definitely look to expand this functionality to ensure it is clear to the patient what information they should be entering.

    Thanks Doug!

    I listened to the MIPS webinar the other day and it specifies ���method of administration��� ... ie: injection, by mouth... bla bla bla ... seems over the top to me for our purposes. But an audit is an audit ����
