I usually try to start my note while my patient is in the clinic but sometimes they don't mention they are seeing the doctor or that this is their last visit until the end of the appointment and by then I have filled out most of the daily note. It is time consuming to then open a PN and refill out all the info and then delete the started daily note. The templates seem to be the same and being able to switch it to a different form and keep all the info I had just entered would be amazing.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality exists today in our next generation Documentation solution and will allow you to seamlessly switch note types without having to re-enter your documentation or start a new note.
