Currently when you print out the demographic sheet it does not include the date of accident and we need the date of accident to differentiate between cases. We also need all attorney information (Name,Phone #, Fax # & address) to be present on the demographic sheet.

Hello, and thanks for your Idea portal suggestion! Adding Attorney information to the demographics page is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
