We need to be allowed to add more than one guarantor to patients EMR. If a patient has 2 separate policies, and 2 separate guarantors currently I have been advised to "add notes indicating correct guarantor." This does not ensure that the correct guarantor will be recognized.

This guarantor issue is a major issue we need to be able to put 2 guarantor's if we need to.
I have a patient that their parents are divorced she has a policy's from each parent I need to be able to bill out correctly...We don't do billing in WebPT at the moment so it is not an issue, but we are in the process of moving over and this is not good.

We have minor patients whose parents have separate medical insurances that both cover the child. In these cases the parent who is the older has the primary insurance and the other parent uses their insurance as the secondary, therefor we need to have 2 guarantors for the patients insurances.
