In Soap 1 we used the Plan of Care report to track the plan of cares needing to faxed out, and ones that had been faxed but have not been uploaded with a signature into Edocs. We no longer have this is in Soap 2 which is forcing us to use a spreadsheet externally. Lots of manual work.
