When listing a patient's insurance,say they term an old one, it would be nice to see the effective date and term date on the same line. The term date does not appear. We don't just want to delete them because in case you need to do an old appeal or get audited you should keep all insurances that a patient has. Just would be nice to see the term date as you click on that first screen.
