How to improve eBV to make it even better

It would be really helpful if eVB had the following:

1) determine if the patient's deductible applies to PT

2) accurately determine if a prior authorization is required

3) show visit limits

Yes, this is greatly needed as this is the reason we got EBV-for more accurate information and efficiency. However, it is not physical therapy specific and does not give info on authorizations, if they are indeed needed, and how to obtain. It would be extremely beneficial to have link in EBV to request authorization for physical therapy services and then have it upload directly to the EMR and give us a notification in red in EMR/Reach.
