It is very helpful for or clinicians to get the alerts when the patient's Medicare POC is about to expire. This is so helpful for compliance with MC requirements. If we could choose to activate this same alert for our other payers, it would help with compliance for all payers. We use a lot of PRN therapists, and I think this would help us make sure we update POC in a timely manner.

It would be very helpful for ALL MEDICARE plans (including MEDICARE ADV) to have POC dates populated and generate an alert just as the standard MEDICARE cases do. Right now, Medicare Advantage plans to do generate an alert for POC date expiration. ALL MEDICARE cases must be tracked for signatures to match POC dates and they are often missed for MEDICARE ADV plans b/c there is no such alert. Please strongly consider adding the same POC expiration alert for ALL Medicare plans (not just traditional).
