Have our custom CPT code pre-populate with in the drop down menu.

Have our custom CPT code pre-populate with in the drop down menu when selecting a CPT code. We should not need to Type it in for each new patient we use it on.

I've posted similar, for a "self-pay" code, in which we charge a flat fee.
