DO NOT have the nickname show up on a | WebPT Ideas and Discovery

DO NOT have the nickname show up on a Document as patients name.

We populate the nickname field with nickname or pronunciations (phonetically) ect. However it is being pulled in on the documents. ex: Keisha "kie ee sha" Miller. This is not at all acceptable. It should only include First and Last name.

I see this is an old request. Has this been considered? We also utilize this field for other purposes than the nickname at times and it would be nice not to have to whiteout the info when printing.

TAKE OUT NICKNAME FROM DOCUMENTS Merged

I have been complaining about this since May. Now due to your updates, I get to see the nickname on the top of every page. PLEASE take out the field that pulls the nickname onto a medical document!!! Example: Albus Headmaster Dumbledore. Headmaste...
