Drop down to add single specific test on evaluation without needing to create an entire profile

In 1.0 we were able to add a specific test needed for a client from the dropdown without having to have the clinic administrator create a specific profile for a diagnosis. We treat a wide age range and wide range of issues, and profiles to catch all the special tests is really frustrating.
