If you are entering several chart notes in patient case all on the same day they are not time stamped and often the most recent note is not listed first(top) which can make tracking documentation difficult.

Hello, and thanks for your Idea portal suggestion! Adding a timestamp to Chart Notes is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
