I have had multiple insurances want a print out of a patient's appointment schedule for documentation, but when clicking print all previous appointments, any past discharged cases are also printed. Unfortunately the insurance companies have said for their documentation it needs to be an official document from the software system that is not created or altered, and cannot have other case information listed. I discussed with web pt support and analytics exported to excel does not meet insurance requirements of unaltered documentation. If a case is highlighted and documents can be differentiated then appointment lists should be too.
Hello, and thanks for your Idea portal suggestion! Adding the ability to print a schedule per case is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.

Unfortunately this is something that insurances need for documentation for authorization for visits. If there is an ability to escalate the situation to be able to have the ability, our clinic would greatly appreciate that. What is the turn around for future suggestions?
