Items entered in the Therabill Fee Schedule are not always recognized by WebPT. Specifically DME supplies. When payments are taken for these supplies they flow into Therabill as Unapplied Payments and can be missed or not applied correctly. Clinics are missing out on money because of this. and it needs to be fixed.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, however we will look into what needs to be done here to strengthen the integration in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
