The system needs to do a much better job separating documentation alerts in At A Glance and New Patients on "home screen", (not 2.0) for different disciplines. For example: the system flags the PT as "Needs Progress Note" in At A Glance, when it's the OT who needs to do a progress note. In addition, the system should have New Patient list by discipline, not by admission. It removes a "new patient" as soon as the first discipline evals and it should stay for each discipline until they have evaled.
