It would be great to have an alert section in top part of patient chart where name, demos are that allows staff to input alerts that display in red, such as
Patient balances
Auth Needed
Hippa Right To Access (spot where staff can
have alert in red writing who patient authorizes to access their medical records(family, friend's name:
Signed Testimonial/Photo Release, Etc.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This ability to add a custom alert and have it show in red as a banner across the patient chart currently exists today in our SOAP 2.0 product.
