    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality exists today in our 2.0 product, what you will want to do is follow the 'add content' steps below highlighted in the help article. From there you can search for one of two phrases "description" or "additional comments." Either of these will allow for you to add in a free form text box to document in.

    You can add any field to the Daily Note Template in the SOAP Template/Profile Editor. Then it will be there for all Daily Notes without having to add it everytime. Here is a link to the Knowledge Base article explaining how to do this.

    Thanks but me adding a text box to every daily note is not quite the same as it being a part of the daily note structure to encourage therapist to write an assessment after each tx session
