Hello,
We have multiple PCC/techs and therapists at one clinic who attempt to schedule. They may or may not be fully trained with authorizations. It would be grand if as you are scheduling in EMR, a warning would pop up to inform whoever is scheduling that they are scheduling outside of the authorization date. This would prevent any bills for the patient or write offs for the clinics. Thank you!

Hello and thanks for your Idea portal submission! At this point we do not have pop-ups for expired authorizations planned as an addition to the Scheduler, but it's something we may consider in the future.
