The provider is able to check box the Do Not Bill, there should be a Note on the note that is easy to read. Currently, if you are the provider you have to Fake Addend to see the check box was used. OR if you are Not the provider if you Fake Print, you again will see a note. The DO NOT BILL should simply show on when I click into the note.
