Prior to visits, we check the patients chart to confirm they have available authorizations for the number of upcoming scheduled visits. It would be helpful if there was a check mark/ button we could use when clicking on the visit, instead of having to type in the comments box.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
In the meantime, perhaps the Authorization icons on the Scheduler feature could be of use to you? It shows when the auth expires and how many visits have been used. Here is more information about how to set it up: https://help.emr.webpt.com/article/2060-checking-authorizations-from-the-scheduler
