The problem is, medicaid requires their cover sheet to be sent with any faxes. So now we have to print out all of the EMR's and then print the Medicaid fax cover. Fax it, then shred the paper. Needless to say this is time consuming and a huge waste of paper, especially because now the daily notes print out on three pages instead of two.
