Allow schedule to track open time (time not spent with patients) so that non scheduled time can be tracked with analytics for tracking metrics. This could be useful to track a number of statistics such as time on documentation, time with insurance verification or any other non patient time to improve work flows.

Hello, and thanks for your Idea portal submission! This is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
In the meantime, if you aren't already using them, you might find the "available" and calendar start/calendar end scheduler markings useful for visual indicators of open spots on the calendar. Here is a link with more info: https://help.emr.webpt.com/article/2017-marker-appointment-visit-types
