Add option to give permission to view 'Payment Log' to specific users.

There should be an option to add/remove the ability for a specific user to view the Payment Log report. Not all users in our EMR should have that access. It should be determined by the admin

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Having a permission to view the Payment Log is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
