Add Re-evaluation option, only have prog note currently

We need a re-evaluation option in 2.0 because some notes are not progress notes

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality currently exists today in the product, what you will want to do is load your progress note and then from within the note you will have the ability to convert your note to either a Re-evaluation or Re-examination. I have included a screenshot below for reference. Hope this helps!
