Please make it so that note types can be customizable so that if I need to add a professional that doesn't already have a user type in WebPT (ex a dietician) I am not stuck with their notes reading something like "athletic training evaluation" at the top of the note when it's actually a dietician or massage therapists, etc.

We are recommending the use of the ATC user type so there is no discipline given in the SOAP note title. The problem (besides not having any discipline name) is when you have multiple disciplines that are not one of the user types we currently offer; e.g., Wellness & RDs. We are planning to increase the user types - especially as we expand our clinical documentation to support these clinicians. No firm dates yet, but it is high on our list.

This would be helpful in our practice as well. We have Registered Dieticians, Licensed Clinical Social Workers & Licenseced Clinical Psychologists.
