Many of my patients have brain injuries, and have difficulty reading the "upcoming appointments" feature, leading to frustration and missed appointments. For example, the schedule does not indicate the length of appointment, and is difficult to read when patients have multiple disciplines in one day.
It would be helpful to have multiple options for the "upcoming appointments" view - a schedule, list, etc. Patients need to know date/ time of appointment, length of appointment, and disciplines/name of clinician. It would be helpful to select which of these features to present to the patient
