in soap 1.0 we would get a 2 note warning when to write a progress note for medicare.

in soap 2.0 - not only is there no warning, I think I'm doing a daily note and then it does not allow me to sign but I can convert to progress note. however, by then my patient has already left and I did not really document a progress note. I then have to wait for that pt to come back to actually complete the progress note.

please come up with a solution for this asap
