it would be nice if there was an easier option and more options for making notes and addition information a different color without having to use a complected code format that no one can remember and hard to find in the community information board.

Hello, and thanks for your submission Tobey! Providing an automated way to change colors for text is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
