OUTCOME tool request

Hi! As an wellness occupational therapist- requesting some further mental health based outcome tools be built into webPT like: the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM), the Perceived Stress Scale, The Fatigue Impact Scale, and an IADL assessment: Lawton IADL scale.
