Carry over Medical History between cases in SOAP 2.0

SOAP 2.0 should carry over medical history between cases. This was a feature in SOAP 1.0 and saved documentation time, this needs to be a feature in SOAP 2.0 as well!

It would also help if therapists could view edocs while documenting an evaluation as opposed to having to exist the eval to check the Rx, meds or med Hx.
