We have therapists that document in 2 different clinics within our organization. Occasionally, a therapist will log on to the wrong account and the patient's documentation will then need to be manually re-entered into the appropriate clinic because it was finalized in the opposite location. I am hopeful that there is a programming adjustment that can be done to address this issue to make it easier as if we were moving the note within the same location through the support team.
Please let me know if this will be addressed or not. I believe I never received any feedback on previous suggestions.

Hello, and thanks for your Idea portal suggestion! Providing the ability to move notes is a feature that we've considered recently, but it has not made it to our immediate roadmap. That said, it is something that's on our list of enhancements, so we’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
In the meantime, if you have any further questions feel free to leave a comment or contact WebPT Support using support@webpt.com. And, remember, Support can perform note moves on the backend for you, if they are needed occasionally.
