ability to create templates for "case notes" for things like referrals. This way, we could send professional referrals for things like imaging requests so we dont have to hand write them, put our own logo on it, etc OR so we dont have to fill out different imaging paperwork for all the different companies that do imaging. I could simply write the referral in a case note, with most information necessary, and just fax it over to wherever the patient prefers to get imaging done. It will look professional with our company logo and contact information, it'll have my signature and license number, it will streamline the process for us.

for now, we can just write in the PLAN that we refer to imaging, but the ability to have a template for a case note would allow for it to be a separate document WITHOUT the daily note or PN information overload.
