Adding feature where it shows patient's plan of care while making appointment in WebPT. Example if patient is supposed to be coming 2 times a week for 6 weeks then it will show frequency at the time making appointment so it is easier for Front desk person to know. We have difficult time to communicate with Front desk when we are really busy.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding the plan of care frequency to the Scheduler view is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
