I think it would be beneficial for clinic owners to be able to categorize their new patients into actual new patients vs. returning/"repeat customer" new patients so that the clinic owner can understand which marketing strategies are working.
My thought is that it should be rather easy to accomplish this under Analytics. I would like to run a report of all my monthly new patients. If they have multiple cases in their record, then they are a repeat/returning patient. If this is their 1st case, then they would be an actual new patient.
