Hi! Thanks for your feedback. If you open the "Diagnosis" subsection of the Assessment section, the diagnosis codes will be carried-forward from your last finalized note. Unfortunately if you try to sign the note before "Accepting" the carry-forward, the codes will clear out. We are aware of this issue, and working to resolve it. Thanks again for your feedback!
