make the appt type on the schedule recognize that when documenting a daily note to put appropriate modifier such as GT

when a therapist provides teletherapy not through WebPT, the EMR doesn't recognize that so when billing the correct modifier is not added which is causing denials; if the schedule could recognize the appt type then it would carry over to the daily note; my last EMR did this; or make this a drop down box in the daily note as visit type..

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Having the scheduler recognize telehealth visits outside of WebPT and apply the GT modifier is not a feature we have planned, but we may consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
