efficiency:
Allow clinician to see previous note's text for "Primary concern/Current Gains" under Subjective tab (like you already do for previous note's Assessment/Diagnosis top box)
Allow IE templates to put default settings for Plan tab (TE, TA, GT, Pt Ed, etc)

Hi Jodi, thanks for the feedback. We are definitely considering a lot of these ideas for future upgrades. While all of them are related to the patient chart, if we decide to implement a feature enhancement, they will likely happen with different initiatives (i.e. goals upgrade, IE template configuration, incomplete documents). I'm going to break the idea list out into separate ideas for future consideration.
