Hello! If you have a case with Medicare as the insurance type, there will be an option in the "Plan of Care Dates" subsection to indicate a progress note is a Certification or Re-Certification.
Do you find you need this indication on notes for patients that are not Medicare, as well?

We love the idea to have a progress bar on the goals! We will consider that feature in the future.
