Our doctors prefer simple one page status reports for patient follow up visits. Since moving to WebPT we have had to create the note in Word or WordPad and cut and paste it into a Case Note. This is time consuming and cumbersome and the current version of WebPT we have has many glitches which at times will not let me create a Case Note and continually resets the Case Note to a blank form when I attempt to finalize. I have been told there is no fix for the Case Note issue in my version of WebPT. When is WebPT going to create a simple Status Report for us to access??? SOAP format is what we use and would be a simple solution to our problem.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! A one-page status report is not a feature we currently have planned, but we may consider it in the future. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
