Right now, when a patient needs to reschedule future appointments, we must select the 'cancel' button. But when a patient calls to cancel an appointment because they forgot or cannot make the appointment we must also select 'cancel.' This makes it hard to differentiate patients who do not routinely make their appointments from patients who plan ahead and reschedule an appointment. Please add a 'reschedule' button so we can have a paper trail on the patients chart that reflects either a canceled appointment and a rescheduled appointment.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Adding a reschedule button to the edit appointment window is not a feature we currently have planned, but we may consider it in the future. However, you can drag and drop appointments to reschedule them. We'll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
