Patients need to be linked to the physical therapist in the current or most recent case file, not the first. Currently, patients are linked to the assigned physical therapist in the very first case file, even if that patient was discharged from that first episode of care. This means when you are trying to get an accurate list of your current patients from "My Patients" from "Display Patients" in the "Patient Manager", amongst your list will also include patients you have seen in the past but are currently being seen by another physical therapist in your clinic or by another physical therapist at another clinic location. This also means that any patient you are currently seeing who's first episode of physical therapy was assigned to a different therapist, won't show up in your current list. I want to be able to get an accurate list of just my patients that I'm seeing without ones I'm not so that I may more easily follow up with them.
