Plan of care Process

I am responsible for uploading plan of cares that are signed by the dr. When looking at soap 1 vs soap 2, there was a clear indication of what the doc was-Eval, Recert-PN. On soap 2 that is not easy to identify. Also on 1 it was clear as to what the time frame for the note was for, a from to time. Basically everything on add a doc and doctype Plan of care asks for. Also it is now onto two different pages. Which alot of drs only return the portion thats signed, so that means the area with POC is not listed with the signature.

Hello! Hopefully this article will help provide some guidance on Plan of Cares in 2.0. You can also create a Plan of Care for other payers as well. The Plan of Care subsections will be automatically added to Medicare notes, but you can add it to all notes by selecting the subsection on the Template Editor. Hope this helps, please reach out to our Support team at (866) 221-1870 if you need additional assistance. Thanks!
